Every deal is different. But...

Instead of paying us to perform services, you can simply exchange equity for sweat, work, partnership, help, and brotherhood. Each deal is different and there is no set percentage of equity we're after. Sometime 5% makes sense, sometimes 49%. 

The factors that play into that percentage are: 

  • Business lifetime success. 
  • Upside opportunity.
  • Compatibility of owners and us.
  • And obviously there are more! 

It's no small decision. And we won't do anything that is not beneficial for both parties. But maybe there's a great business relationship here, and you never know, maybe, just maybe, a friendship.
